For engineering managers
Get your team to use the training you pay for
Most libraries sell the seats and leave the rest to you. Our app lets you assign a course with a due date, then shows you by name who started and who is behind.

- 1Assign a course, skill or role, with a due date and a note.
- 2Overdue and upcoming counts, with the names behind them.
Low engagement
Fifty seats bought. Two people used them.
Your last library's answer was a reminder email. Ours is built around what gets a course opened: a manager asking for it by a date.
Out of 50 engineers, 2 took me up on the offer.

What gets a library used
Usage follows the manager
Most libraries sell access and leave the asking to you. Each fix that admins say got their library used is a feature in our app.
None of it is assigned as mandatory, but managers from different departments assign their staff courses.
Assign It with a Date
Give a person a course, a skill or a whole role, with a due date on it.
If you tie it in to a career progression ladder [...] I think it would work pretty well!
Set a Target Role
Pick the job they're working towards. The app orders the skills it needs.
What did work, however, was to tie that in with a real project.
Say Why in the Note
Every assignment carries a note. Tie the course to the ticket it's for.
Assignments
Assign a course with a due date and a reason
Your last library left the chasing to a spreadsheet. Here each course carries a note on the work it's for, with who is behind shown by name.

Ready-made roles
The learning paths are already built
The big libraries hand you thousands of courses and leave the sorting to L&D. Our 10 technical roles each list the skills a real job needs and the courses that verify them.

Set the job they're working towards
Most libraries give you a course list in no order. Pick a role such as AI Engineer and the app lines up its skills, with the courses and hours behind each.

Skills passport
A dated record of every skill they earn
Most libraries count logins and completions. Our passport marks a skill verified once someone finishes its courses, with the date it was earned.

- 1Roles and skills earned, with the completions behind them.
- 2How far the person is towards their target role.
- 3Each verified skill, with the date it was earned.
It turns into a numbers farm without anything beneficial coming away from it.
Time to learn
Plan the hours into the sprint
Every survey that asks puts time first among the reasons people don't learn. Each skill here shows its hours, so you can book three a sprint and see which sprint finishes each course.

Reports
See who did the work before the renewal
Other vendors send usage as an export or through a success manager. Ours shows hours, completions and sessions by person, with the activity log behind each number.

- 1Standings for each person, by hours, completions or sessions.
- 2A thirty-day trend you can drop straight into your deck.
- 3Launches, completions and who was active over the period.
My justification was 1 course completion a month [...] to justify annual subscription.
No minimum seats
Buy a seat for each person you'll assign
Plenty of team plans sell seats in packs or set a minimum spend. Start with the one team you mean to assign and pay for those seats alone.

Before your budget review
What we can't promise you
We can't make anyone learn
An assignment puts the course in front of them. We have no completion rates of our own to show you yet.
Self-reported stays marked
A skill someone adds without the courses is marked self-reported. It never shows up as verified.
Not on Essentials
Assignments, roles and reports come with the professional plans. The LMS-only Essentials plan has none of them.
When the renewal comes, every hour and completion is on record by name.
Next step
Bring last year's usage report
Show us where the seats went quiet. We'll talk through how you'd assign the first team and what you'd report at renewal.
