The rules for using the public ExpertEdge website

These terms cover the public ExpertEdge website at www.expertedge.org. By using the website you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

They apply to everyone who visits or uses the public website, including prospective customers and members of the public.

Who we are

The ExpertEdge website is operated by Packt Publishing Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 04759694) with its registered office at Grosvenor House, 11 St Paul's Square, Birmingham B3 1RB, United Kingdom.

ExpertEdge is a digital learning platform that helps organisations deliver training through their own LMS. The website is the public, marketing-facing part of that service.

How these terms relate to the platform

These terms govern the public website only. They do not govern access to or use of the ExpertEdge learning platform.

Where a customer also has an ExpertEdge Subscription Agreement, that agreement governs use of the learning platform. If anything in these website terms conflicts with the Subscription Agreement, the Subscription Agreement prevails for matters relating to the platform.

Using this website

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
  • Interfere with the website's operation or security
  • Use the website in a way that disrupts others' use of it
  • Copy, scrape or reuse content without permission

We may suspend or block access if you break these terms or misuse the website.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the website is owned by Packt Publishing Limited or used with permission. This includes the design, text, graphics and software.

You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the website without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
