Calibr

Expert-led learning content for Calibr LXP, built for engineering and L&D teams

Overview

Calibr is a learning experience platform that lets organisations author micro-learning content and deliver personalised learning across the workforce. It pairs a generative AI course authoring tool with a flexible LXP, so L&D teams can build short, focused learning in a range of formats and route learners through journeys suited to their role.

Calibr also runs a content marketplace of ready-to-use material from expert providers including ExpertEdge, which gives customers technical and professional content without a separate procurement and integration project.

Calibr LXP integrates with ExpertEdge so learners reach the full library from inside Calibr, with no extra login and no second system to manage. They can browse, enrol in and work through ExpertEdge courses from recognised publishers including Wiley, Mercury Learning, Rheinwerk, Sage and Rosenfeld Media, alongside specialist video providers such as Packt, KodeKloud, ACI Learning, DataLab and Treehouse, all without leaving Calibr.

The content spans cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, software engineering and wider professional development topics, with daily completion and progress reporting flowing straight into Calibr analytics. The result is current, credible technical content that organisations can put in front of their workforce, drawn from authors their senior practitioners take seriously.
