Dr. Alexander Osterwalder is a Swiss business theorist, author and entrepreneur whose work has fundamentally reshaped how organisations think about business model innovation. Co-founder and CEO of Strategyzer, he has built one of the most influential consulting and tools businesses in modern strategy, helping companies design, test and adapt their business models in ways that hold up to operational scrutiny rather than slide-deck enthusiasm.
